OPEN TALENT LAB, S.L.U. ("Optimaq") offers, through this site, information about its product and a free tool that compares — over a sample of prompts you provide — the cost and quality of alternative models.

You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt to breach its security or overload it, and not to enter third-party data without a legitimate basis to do so.

The audit results are a measured estimate over the sample you provide and are offered for information only, with no guarantee of savings or quality for your real traffic. Decisions you make based on them are your responsibility.

The brand, the site and the software are owned by Optimaq or its licensors. You acquire no rights over them by using the site.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Optimaq is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the free tool.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, and unless consumer regulations impose another jurisdiction, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid.
